A third of our life is spent sleeping and unfortunately there are times that things will occur while we are asleep that causes us to awake. Sleep interruptions are often not recognized as symptoms, so they go unaddressed.
We tend to believe that snoring is natural and waking up in the middle of the night to go to the restroom is only because we had too much to drink before bed.
